Joseph Epstein does not understand that the title doctor is bestowed upon a person who has accomplished a high degree of study in any particular field whether it be medicine, history nuclear physics or EDUCATION.
I am truly surprised the the prestigious and I thought enlightened WSJ would ever print a story from this hack much less hire him.
