Tell Me Something Good

For some reason, Google feels it’s necessary to offer a feature that allows readers to access only good news. Google said they developed this feature with a group of journalists who want to fight the fatigue from negative news.

As far as I am concerned, there is only one way to get rid of most of the negative news we face today. I hope you know what I mean.

To access the new feature, all you have to say to Google Assistant is, “Hey Google, tell me something good” to hear positive news. You can write the same words in the Google search box on your electronic devices.

Personally, I think Google should be focused on helping this country get sane again. I don’t want Google to be spending time on people who want to put their heads in the sand. These are the times we live in. Helping people escape the facts is not going to help us get past this administration.

If you don’t agree with me, then watch what the Republicans have to say about their leader.

  1. Thank you for passing on Bill Maher’s piece. It is brilliant and absolutely true. The lack of passion of the Democrats in answering Donald Trump has been driving me crazy for the past two years. For some reason they believe that the best way to fight a bully is to be polite and just follow the rules of social discourse. That is a strategy of losing. When Trump goes low, the Democrats have to bend down and challenge him face-to-face.
