I have joined the Supplies For Success Charity that donates school and art supplies to children in need.
My assignment for the next few months is to generate donations for art CareKits and to find worthy organizations. including homeless and domestic violence shelters, health and human service organizations, churches, synagogues, and schools.
Supplies for Success was founded in Sagaponak Long Island in 2002 by Mindy Richenstein. It’s an independent 501(c)(3) public charity.

Since its inception, more than 100,000 underserved children in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Connecticut, and Florida. ute to community partners.
The kits include the crayons, construction paper, glue, craft sticks, and paint sets that are staples in most households with young children, ages 3 to 8, but are luxury items for families living paycheck to paycheck and a welcome treat for kids whose parents are working long hours during the coronavirus crisis.
In response to the pandemic, Supplies for Success has distributed CareKits to Island Harvest, Northwell Health, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Metropolitan Hospital, to name a few.
