A 7.5 magnitude earthquake jolted southern Mexico today. We immediately got in touch with some of our friends living in Mexico City. They were all okay. Our artist friend, Omar Barquet, wanted to show us just how much the earth shook. His recent installation in a local gallery was the perfect demonstration machine.
Over the weekend, the Saharan dust moved into the Caribbean. By Monday it changed the tropical blue skies in Miami into a hazy brown gray color. It’s coming your way.
