Could AI Keep People ‘Alive’ After Death?

The following story in the WSJ talks about the possibility of using artificial intelligence to keep you involved with your family and business after you have taken your last breath. This story doesn’t really come as a surprise to me because tech innovators have been working on life after death techniques for years.   1. Life extension with predictions for 150+ years was all the rage in silicone valley back a few years ago, as it has been recently understood, that is highly unlikely. Now the big egos there want to remain virtually alive forever. Quality and duration of life are finite, and for the living it is important to have closure to move foreward.
