Thank You Larry and Darren

When our cousins Larry Young and Darren Thomas called late last year to ask us to join them on a ski weekend in Jackson Hole, Wyoming this March, we didn’t hesitate a moment to say yes. We are close cousins, but we only see each other twice a year. They both are top real estate agents in Los Angeles and they run 24/7. Boy, have they told us stories.

All the technology in the world cannot replace the quality time we spent with them. Darren’s mother Jill, who runs an almond farm near Sacramento, joined us too.

It really is a great idea to pick a special location and meet family and friends on common ground. It is a whole different experience from visiting each others’ houses.

It does help to have a cousin like Darren who scoped out all of the restaurants and sites to see ahead of time.

  1. It has been the most amazing trip with Mom, Cousins Lois & Eliot and my most wonderful partner Larry. The snowmobile trek today was the ‘cherry on top’ with the spectacular scenery of Yellowstone Nat’l Park and our speeding sleds!!
