Only in Italy could you have a Jewish wedding where a cantor sings an Italian love song in Hebrew. In this video, it is sung not by Andrea Bocelli but by a young cantor, and some wonderful children’s voices.

A friend in Rome points out that this video, made 5 years ago, was produced at Ronit Farm in Israel as a promo for the singer (who was NOT a cantor). The family may or may not have been Italian; she says that lots of Italians fantasize for such over-the-top events.
