Frameworks Art Solutions of Miami (friends Claire Lardner and Cris Sweeny) did an amazing job framing Jayda Knight’s star painting entitled “My 6ft. of Space.” Watch the video to see the production. Jayda, also a close friend, is the artist who designed all of the window coverings for the empty stores on Lincoln Road. Her beautification is helping Lincoln Road recover. Amazon, a new Lincoln Road store, is completely covered by Jayda’s artistry until they are ready to open for business. The new star painting will be on display at Jayda’s Lincoln Road Studio. A major show will be announced this year.

When I saw this photo, on Facebook, that Kaylan Scagliola took of the 59th Street bridge, (officially named the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge), NYC, my life of 40 years in Manhattan flashed by me. Our bedroom windows overlooked the bridge and we got to see all the action for decades. Kaylan grew up in a townhouse down the street on 62nd and First Avenue. She now lives further uptown but admitted to me our views of the bridge were breathtaking.

Getting Ready For Zoom business calls with book clients. All of a sudden I find myself in the book biz. Four clients, six books. My job is to get the book edited, published, and promoted. I’m the producer. Genres: environment, space exploration, children, and tech. If you are connected to publishing houses, or can coach/edit, let me know. More opportunities all coming up.
