The following story in the WSJ talks about the possibility of using artificial intelligence to keep you involved with your family and business after you have taken your last breath. This story doesn’t really come as a surprise to me because tech innovators have been working on life after death techniques for years. Rabbi Marc Philippe of Temple Emanu-El Cultural Arts Center of Miami Beach featured on many TV stations tonight for creating an interfaith musical gathering to pray for everyone involved in the Surfside condo collapse. The Miami Beach Classical Music Festival Orchestra performed. Daniella Levine Cava, Mayor of Miami-Dade County, was a keynote speaker.

Eliot, Steve, Robert, Harry and I went to Surfside on Sunday to witness the destruction of the collapsed condo. Like many folks, we just couldn’t wrap our heads around what happened. We wanted to see the area for ourselves. It was just too surreal to comprehend. We are all donating time and money to help those in need.
