Honoring Healthcare Workers And First Responders

The Navy Blue Angels flew over South Florida this afternoon in a salute to healthcare workers and first responders.

At 1 p.m., they left over the Boca Medical Center and came down Federal Highway before passing over Miami Beach and downtown Miami, heading south to Homestead before heading north.

Their route takes them over some of the area’s biggest medical centers, including Boca Medical Center, Broward General, Joe DiMaggio’s Childrens Hospital, Jackson Memorial and more. Photos by Eliot Hess

Zoom Lessons

A few months ago you never heard of Zoom. Today, you use it several times a week. I think you should consider taking the online Zoom course I took earlier this week.

The Zoom people gave me permission to share this with you. It’s a recap of what they taught us. There are a ton of options that will surprise you and make your communications with groups so much fun and productive. If you want to view my lesson, or take one on your own, just email me. loisw@hwhpr.com.

Tomorrow I will cover Zoom Etiquette. Some folks need to learn online manners. I’m not saying that I don’t have my faults, but oy, the things I have seen.

Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Received 200 Kits

Thank you so much to those members of my family, and to my friends, who graciously contributed to the Supplies For Success Charity that I am involved in. We donate school and art supplies to children in need.

Because of you, we were able to send 200 CareKits to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. I am so grateful for your help.

I am working very hard to help many more children’s organizations.

I need many more contributions. Please help.

Thank you
