Give Your Neck A Good Stretch

Before I start my little story, let me remind you not to use the Air Cervical Soft Neck Brace Device without consulting your doctor first.

I love these type of gadgets because my neck always feels tight, especially when I’m under a lot of pressure. My neck has always been where all of my tension seems to settle. A Crowd Pleaser

We have been walking close to 10,000 steps everyday. My clothes started to feel loose until the Egyptian Zalabia Balls were served onboard our four day river cruise on the Nile. Perfect for the upcoming holidays.

We Are Cruising The Nile River

This was our form of transportation through the towns of Kom Ombo and Edfu when we visited several ancient temples. We are currently on a Riverboat on the Nile River. The whole experience is completely enchanting because everyone has been accommodating and eager to welcome people from all over the world. This trip has been anything but a vacation. It’s a complete adventure with ballooning (not me), sailing, hiking, belly dancing, and sights we have never seen before.

Temples of Ramses II

It’s so surreal to see millennia-old monuments right in front of me. I have seen them for decades in movies. I can’t believe I can actually take a selfie with all of them. What an honor.

We actually visited the temples of Ramses II and his favorite wife, Neferati.The structures are so big and beautiful you just can’t imagine how they ever got built.

We took hundreds of photos to document our visit. We are currently on a Nile cruise ship for three nights going from from Upper Egypt to Lower Egypt. Everyone is lovely and extremely friendly. I hope it lasts.

Climbing the Cheops Pyramid

I must have been out of my mind. How does someone go from being a couch potato, to a mountain climber? I have no idea, but I did it. Our tour leader told us you can’t visit the Pyramids without climbing to the top inside rooms.

I thought it wouldn’t be too bad. Wrong! It turned out to be steep, slippery ancient steps in a dark sauna. I was scared to death but big boobs help soften the blow. Without Eliot and Steve holding me on either side (the boobs), I wouldn’t have made it.

If that was not tough enough, riding a camel on rocks, in the dessert, really made by heart beat more than three times as fast as it normally does. I’m glad I did it, and I’m glad it’s over.

I just read in the New York Post that most women still do not know how to check their breasts for abnormalities.

Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, a charity called Breast Cancer Care, has teamed up with Amazon’s virtual assistant Alexa, to help women with life-saving information.

It’s very simple to use. Just search for “Breast Cancer Care” in the skills part of the Alexa app or Amazon website. Follow the instructions.

One in three women still fail to regularly check their breasts. Many say it is because they don’t know how to do it.

These are some of the signs Alexa will help you with:

1. Change in breast size or shape

2. Redness or a rash

3. Nipple discharge

4. Swelling in the armpit or around the collarbone

5. Change in skin texture

6. An inverted nipple

7. Constant pain

This is one of the most important and riveting plays ever produced. Eliot and I (HWH PR) will buy a ticket for any woman who voted for Trump, or simply can not afford one on their own. Women need to stop worrying about if their shoes match their purse, and start focusing on how this administration wants to set us back to the Donna Reed era.

A Man Made Moon.

The story I am about to tell you is so crazy that you won’t believe me. You can check it out by Googling “China plans to launch an artificial moon in the sky.”

That’s right. China wants an artificial moon, that is so bright, they won’t need streetlights. It will be eight times as bright as the real one. The city slated for this new concept is Chengdu.

The satellite, (the moon), will be able to light an area between six to 50 miles. It could save the city up to $240 million in annual electricity costs.

Not everyone in Chengdu is happy about the artificial light slated to be installed in 2020. Lots of folks are questioning what impact the artificial light will have on wildlife.
